Snapshots from the Pitch: Jenny's 2025 NWSL Weekend Trip

Wow! What a weekend! About two weeks ago, I had the privilege of traveling to San Jose, California, for the 2025 NWSL Championship game and weekend festivities. And let me tell you, the weekend truly had it all, from powerful conversations at the Women in Sport Summit, to an absolutely electric championship match, plus the chance to reconnect with a few familiar faces (and even meet some new ones!). It was nonstop energy from start to finish!

My weekend kicked off with the NWSL’s Women in Sport Summit, where leaders, innovators, and athletes came together to discuss the future of women's sports. I had the amazing opportunity to speak to a room full of my peers about The Bra and my passion for this industry.

Then, of course, the pinnacle of the weekend was the NWSL Championship game itself. The atmosphere was electric and check out my insane view! Watching Gotham FC take on the Washington Spirit was a masterclass in all things competitive soccer. Seeing players like Rose Lavelle, fresh off her MVP performance, hoist that trophy… that's what it's all about. Congratulations to Gotham FC. From the 8th seed to lifting the trophy, what a way to cap off the season!

One of the best parts of the weekend wasn't even on the official schedule — it was the chance to catch up with so many friends and colleagues, and meet some new faces. I met up with some friends like Imani Dorsey, Abby Wambach, Kelsie Whitmore, and Melissa Ortiz. The “Jenny Sandwich” pic is with Athletes Unlimited co-founder Jonathan Soros and Cassidy Lichtman. On the field are Jaedyn Shaw, Rose Lavelle, Emily Sonnet, and Trinity Rodman.

I’m so grateful to have opportunities like this! Connecting with legendary women athletes and the people who support them is a dream come true!
