PRESS RELEASE | The Sports Bra Las Vegas Secures High-Energy Location Near the Iconic Las Vegas Strip

PORTLAND, Ore. and LAS VEGAS (June 30, 2026)The Sports Bra, the world’s first sports bar dedicated exclusively to showing women’s sports, has officially announced the location for its highly anticipated Las Vegas franchise. Situated at a high-visibility intersection minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, the Sphere, the Convention Center, and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the new space at 4080 Paradise Road will place The Sports Bra at the center of a city rapidly establishing itself as a premier destination for women’s athletics. Because the space requires a full build-out, The Sports Bra Las Vegas is slated to open in 2027.

The Las Vegas franchise is led by Esther Taylor, owner of Taylor Legacy Holdings LLC, who is building a powerhouse leadership team to bring the concept to Vegas. Joining Taylor in steering the venture are General Manager Amber Gonzalez, Front-of-House and Bar Manager Shaster Powell, and Chef Jose Lazo, who will oversee the culinary program. Nytashia Gonzalez will manage community outreach and marketing. Together, this leadership team is committed to matching the bold, confident energy of Las Vegas with an equally passionate dedication to women's sports.

“The moment I stood on that corner and watched the nonstop flow of cars driving by with locals, tourists, students, workers, and families, I felt it in my chest,” said Taylor. “This intersection is pure Las Vegas energy. You can see the Sphere glowing, you’re minutes from the Strip, and thousands of people pass by every single day. I knew instantly: This is where The Sports Bra belongs. This is where women’s sports deserve to be seen.”

The story of the Las Vegas location is rooted in visibility and community. By taking one of the city's busiest crossroads, the franchise aims to dedicate an iconic space to athletes who have historically been overlooked, transforming it into a home for representation and celebration. The surrounding neighborhood offers a diverse, fast-moving backdrop, blending UNLV students, hospitality professionals finishing shifts, convention-goers, and lifelong locals.

“The neighborhood is electric, bold, and unapologetically alive,” Taylor added. “It’s a community that embraces big moments, big energy, and big heart. That’s exactly what The Sports Bra represents. It’s a place where the passion for women’s sports is loud, a place where everyone belongs.”

The Sports Bra Las Vegas is set to become the ultimate home base for local and national sports fans. The bar and restaurant will proudly champion the back-to-back WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces, who have fundamentally redefined excellence in the city, alongside the UNLV women’s basketball program. Capitalizing on the city's massive sports momentum, the screens will also showcase the upcoming Las Vegas USL Super League women’s soccer club and the newly announced professional women’s hockey team. True to the brand's ethos, the venue will broadcast everything from international tournaments like the NWSL, PWHL, and Athletes Unlimited down to local high school programs, club teams, and youth leagues.

Jenny Nguyen, founder and CEO of The Sports Bra, shared the significance of the expansion, "The Sports Bra centers women’s sports and builds a community around them. Esther deeply understands how to harness the unique, community-driven spirit of Las Vegas to create a place where fans and athletes alike feel seen and celebrated. We are thrilled to support her and her incredible team as they build a home for the women’s sports movement in Nevada."

True to the original Portland model, the Las Vegas location will be entirely family-friendly. Chef Jose Lazo will lead a kitchen featuring a diverse, inclusive menu with robust dietary options, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free items and signature dishes from the original Sports Bra. In keeping with the brand’s core mission, the bar will heavily prioritize sourcing food, beverage, and environmental products from local, women-owned and -operated businesses to actively support the regional economy.

“Las Vegas rallies behind its women’s teams, and the city is ready for The Sports Bra,” said Taylor. “We are working hard to get the space ready to give this community the hotspot they deserve.”

In the months ahead, while the team works on the build-out, The Sports Bra Las Vegas will be popping up at locations across the city to introduce fans to the bar.
