MAPLEWOOD, Mo. and PORTLAND, Ore. (Oct. 28, 2026) - St. Louis sports fans are finally getting a prime-time slot and spot of their own. The Sports Bra, the world’s first sports bar dedicated exclusively to televising women’s sports, will celebrate the grand opening of its highly anticipated St. Louis location on Friday, Nov. 13. Located at 7344 Manchester Road in the heart of Maplewood, the establishment marks the first franchise location to open since the brand launched in Portland, Oregon, in April 2022.
Lifelong friends and former college softball teammates Heather Hill and Sara Pilsner, who operate under PilsnerHill Group LLC, are bringing a fresh, inclusive gathering space to one of the Midwest’s most passionate sports communities. The Sports Bra St. Louis will be open Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

“We’ve been counting down the months, weeks, and days until we could open our doors to this incredible community,” said Heather Hill, owner-operator of The Sports Bra St. Louis. “St. Louis has a vibrant sports culture, but dedicated spaces that specifically center and celebrate women athletes have been missing for far too long. Starting Friday, Nov. 13, fans of all ages have a place to gather, cheer, and celebrate women’s sports every single day.”
Jenny Nguyen, founder and CEO of The Sports Bra, said, “Watching Heather and Sara bring the very first franchise of The Sports Bra to life is an incredible milestone. They have channeled their passion for sports and deep community roots to make this dream a reality in St. Louis, paving the way for our nationwide expansion. It’s a historic day for St. Louis and for The Sports Bra.”
