Four years ago, we were just a 40-seat bar in Portland, Oregon, with a simple mission: to change the channel on the traditional sports bar.
Today, it's clear that The Sports Bra has outgrown its four walls.
And we have some major news to share. For as little as $250, you can join our investor community.
What started as a radical idea has become proof of something much bigger. While we were busy pouring pints and cheering for the WNBA, the NWSL, and other women's leagues, the world was catching on. Women’s sports are no longer a niche market. The industry is growing fast, with global revenue projected to reach $3 billion and viewership and attendance records shattering month after month.

Together, we’ve proven that the demand for a space like ours isn't just a Portland thing. It’s an everywhere thing. Our model at The Bra works.
In our first year alone, we generated nearly $1 million in revenue and welcomed fans from across the globe. We are moving from a single location to a national footprint, with our first five franchise locations already in development and a roadmap to turn our original 40 seats into 40 locations by 2030.
As we grow, we want to stay true to the community members who helped put us on the map.

But we aren’t just opening a few more doors, we are building a national BRAnd. Our expansion strategy draws from a playbook that scales our culture, our inclusive environment, and our commitment to women-owned suppliers. We aim to open 40 locations nationwide by 2030 and generate $75 million in annual revenue across the network. Every new location creates a home court for fans and a platform for women athletes in that community.

Campaign Details: How It Works
We chose Republic for our crowdfunding because we wanted our community, including the fans who stood in line on opening day, to have a seat at the table. The minimum investment is $250. We wanted to keep the barrier to entry low so more of our community can own a piece of the brand. Republic, a leader in private investing, makes the process secure and straightforward.
